Session will involve information in regard to School Culture. How do you bring the culture together as one? How to you maintain the culture? What attributes do you bring to provide a positive culture for staff and students? How do we as ASPC's expand the culture to families and outside investors. What are the best strategies to use when providing a positive culture? How to do we onboard individuals to lead a positive cultural environment?
Session will involve role playing, two videos, discussion by presenter, discussion amongst all ASPC's, open discussion session involving ways to solve issues in regard to establishing a positive culture, guidelines to help improve positive culture, and ways to support positive culture.
