About me
Dr. Regina Armour is the Director of Educational Empowerment and Opportunity at Concept Schools, where she leads equity-centered initiatives focused on cultural responsiveness, leadership development, and organizational transformation. With over 11 years at Concept, she began as Director of Community Engagement & New School Development and brings decades of experience across K–12, higher education, and district leadership. Holding a doctorate from National Louis University, Dr. Armour’s research and practice focus on equity, belonging, and critical pedagogy. A former science and math teacher, she has designed and facilitated professional learning that empowers educators and leaders to create inclusive, purpose-driven learning environments. Her work bridges systems thinking and community voice, helping schools reimagine their stories through access, engagement, and collective care.
