Feriha Kazmi is an educator and instructional leader currently serving as a Regional Instructional Coach and Career & Technical Education (CTE) Coordinator for Concept Schools. In this role, she supports school leaders and teachers across the network in building high-quality, purpose-driven CTE programs aligned to 21st-century skills and regional workforce needs.With over 20 years of experience in science education and curriculum development, Ms. Kazmi brings a deep commitment to equity, hands-on learning, and student empowerment. She specializes in integrating project-based learning, NGSS-aligned instruction, and culturally responsive teaching strategies into classrooms, particularly within STEM and CTE pathways.Ms. Kazmi holds two master’s degrees in education—a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Master’s in Global Studies in Education—both of which inform her holistic, globally conscious approach to instructional coaching and program design.She is passionate about helping educators reimagine career learning as a transformative force in schools and communities, and she continues to work closely with leaders across Concept Schools to grow a regional culture of CTE excellence.
