In his time at the organization, he has developed a wide range of social media templates designed specifically for teachers to help streamline their online communication across Facebook and Instagram. In addition to his work on templates, Mitchell has created informative videos that offer best practices for social media strategies aimed at increasing followers, boosting engagement, and driving more likes. His primary goal is to serve as a reliable resource for the Concept Schools Network, regularly supporting schools through Zoom calls and providing the tools and materials they need to elevate their social media strategies. On a weekly basis, he generates comprehensive social media reports analyzing metrics such as views, reach, link clicks, and other key performance indicators to identify trends and adjust strategies for optimizing results. In his spare time, Mitchell researches ways to improve growth and engagement across all of the social media platforms. Outside of work, Mitchell enjoys reading novels, painting, and training for marathons.
