With a deep understanding of curriculum development, special education, and English Language Learners, she has shaped instructional practices to meet diverse student needs. Her leadership journey includes three years as a Director of Teaching and Learning, 12 years as a Principal, and three years as an Assistant Principal of Academics, where she championed structured literacy frameworks and evidence-based instructional strategies. Passionate about improving literacy outcomes, Jessica integrates stakeholder feedback to drive meaningful, equity-focused educational change.A systems thinker at heart, she works to scale effective academic practices across schools and districts, ensuring sustainable improvement.
